Auf Grund der generellen Zimmerknappheit während unseres Zeitraums ok, würde es aber definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen!

Die Klimaanlage war entweder defekt, oder sehr schwer zu bedienen. Das Frühstück kann man nicht abwählen, wenn man also nicht frühstücken will - muss man es dennoch bezahlen. (32$) Steht so nichts von auf der Seite vor der Buchung! Finde ich schwierig…die Alternative, es in Lunch in einem asiatischen Restaurant auszugeben ist leider auch nicht hilfreich.

Clean, comfortable, courteous Marriott in Cambridge

The staff, especially the front desk and manager were exceptional. They were so friendly, helpful, kind. The front lobby had delicious cold water with lemon. Room was clean, perfect size and close to Fenway

The river sides rooms are a bit noisy because of the main road. The floor 11 rooms are very humid and you can smell the humidity

Exceptional

We had the most comfortable sleep we've ever had in a hotel. The bed was amazing and the air quality was perfect. I loved that we could open our window.

The pillows were lumpy, but they always seem to be in any hotel chain. Maybe we are just fussy about our pillows. I recommend that there always be two caffienated coffee packets (+ the decaf just in case), There was one regular and one decaf. We have seen this in other hotels. We always have to ask for coffee packets each day. This isn't really a complaint, but a hotel that caffeinates both patrons in a room would really stand out!

Decent hotel.

It was close to the colleges. They had all parking that was easy to use. The rooms were clean. There was a reasonably stocked gym. The hotel has a restaurant attached to it and a few stores close by. Nice view of the river from the hotel room.

You paid for parking by the day instead of by the night. We checked in at 3pm one day and left the next morning and was charged for two days of parking. It was a bit pricey, but was about average for hotels in that area for that time of year.

Very nice and professional staff. Facility was well kept and very clean. Nearby by to major universities and attractions. Will definitely stay there again.

Parking is a bit tight if you drive an large SUV.

It was near Harvard.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff woman at the front desk seemed to have trouble locating our reservation. After some discussion, she informed us that the credit card we had booked with did not match the one we provided at check-in. While we understand the importance of proper payment verification, the way in which she handled the situation left a lot to be desired. She made the check-in process very difficult and seemed to treat us with suspicion and disrespect.

I was deceived, I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

The breakfast was very poor.

$ 100 more was withdrawn from my card and not repaid, even though I complained countless times.

Great stay, large & clean room, super-friendly and helpful staff

room and view was great, location very good - close to BU and New England Conservatory. Restaurant was great for dinner

Breakfast was pricey, but there was a Dunkin Donuts abt 100 yards away!

Deceived

This is a very old hotel. Very old carpet and paintings. Only one lift out of two was working. The decoration is aging and is very sad. Expensive for the quality offered.
