Perfect location in downtown Springfield, walking distance to restaurants and the university. Great murals and museums and gorgeous architecture. Laundry facilities and gym at the hotel were great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and helpful. Walking distance to Wittenberg University.
The buffet breakfast at the hotel was very basic and there was no variation during our week's stay. Would be great to change it up and have healthy options also.

Quiet location, quiet floor and quiet room at end of the hall. We were in town for a family wedding, so we didn’t have time to explore the property or the area much.
The AC in our room (625) was not working efficiently to draw the humidity out of the room on a very rainy weekend. Grout in bathroom (floor and shower tiles) need cleaned and sealed.

I was responsible for bringing 20 people to the bar for a late Happy Hour on Friday evening (August 14). However, when I went to breakfast (which I thought was included in my $240/night fee) I was told that would be an additional $30 for my wife and I. So much for bringing 20 people to the hotel the night before.
