Good stay, but may be a little over priced compared to others around the area with more value.

for the price the store should be well stocked near the front desk. Breakfast should be included in the rate. The rooms were nice and beds comfy. Front desk was nice, and waitstaff at buffet very attentive.

The lack of supplies at store.

Decent hotel in quiet neighborhood

Ample parking, nice location, quiet neighborhood, lots of plugs in room, bathroom has good lighting, comfy beds

Rooms not very clean, rooms need updating, staff never seems to understand 3rd party bookings (I was overcharged multiple times)

La lenteur pour Check in. Très long pour s’enregistrer le soir quand on arrive et qu’on veut juste rejoindre sa chambre et dormir. C’était très long.

Easy to find with good parking and pleasant staff and very comfy beds.

Very conveniently located on our way to various destinations in the area. Also pleased they were able to provide our room several hours earlier than we had originally expected. Happy with that special service.

Tolles Hotel für einen entspannten Zwischenstopp, waren zwei Nächte, hat perfekt gepasst

Sehr schöne geräumige Zimmer, besonders die Suiten. Whirlpool und Pool im freien sind beheizt, der Whirlpool ist sehr angenehm warm und man kann in bis 22:00 Uhr benützen Hotel ist zwar schon etwas älter aber sehr sauber. Die Betten sind mega gemütlich. Zimmer ist mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowellenherd ausgestattet. Die Körperpflegeprodukte wie Seife, Lotion,… sind top Parkplatz kostenlos vor dem Hotel

Great value for business use. A little frayed at the edges, but more than compensated by service of staff.

Large rooms, comfy bed and pillows, ample free parking, easy access to highways, large TV and good range of channels, good value.

Enjoyable and comfortable and a perfect location for my visit.

Comfortable bed. Early check-in possible. Helpful staff.

The rooms are a bit “dated” in furnishings. Window didn’t open.

The location was perfect.

From check in our fridge didn’t work (new fridge provided), the TV didn’t work (easy fix), the air didn’t work, the beds were uncomfortable and the bathtub was dirty.

Pleasant!

Excellent location, very clean, and a good price compared to other hotels in the area.

The staff member who checked us in did not inform us that she was giving us a room for people with disabilities. The bathroom had no counter space—only a sink that allowed for a person in a wheelchair to use it easily. There was nowhere to set my curling iron or brushes or hairspray which made getting ready in the morning very cumbersome and difficult. When I discovered what the bathroom was like, I would have requested that they change our room, but my husband was too tired and did’t want to be bothered!

The location

The fact that the management DID NOT respond about the refund for 1 night, when the fire alarms rang quite a few hours in one night around 3 am and I couldn't not sleep anymore. The receptionist mentioned that the refund is approved for that night, but then they said NO. Disappointed

I would never recommend this hotel or any hotel owned by Khanna Enterprises.

The location was convenient for a wedding I attended.

This was the most upsetting hotel stay I have ever experienced in 30 years of travel, and the hotel management have refused to issue a refund for my stay. I had the most horrific night when the fire alarm was vandalized and it did not stop ringing in my bedroom for four hours. I was barely able to sleep three hours before leaving for wedding events. The hotel manager told me they could not refund my stay. I wrote to the hotel owners and have received no response. I would like for Marriott and Booking.com to confirm that this is within your policies because I cannot understand how a hotel owner with the Sheraton or Marriott brand is allowed to behave in a way that is so inconsistent with any other hotel in their brand.

Very mid-standard stay, definitely some improvement needed/ possible.

Was a nice quick and easy place.

We were upset, that we needed to inform the staff to clean our room. We were informed on this at 21:00, after we had come back from spending the day out. Very disappointing.
