The property is nice inside. Room is well kept with the bed that is comfortable. Didnt really try the breakfast but the coffee was good.
Location is the very first thing that sticks out. Outside of the area, it is crawling with homeless. Parking is also tricky. Its a small condensed lot. Layout for lights in the room is also strange.

It was convenient and close to train station.
It is dated and needs some renovation.

very limited selection for breakfast, one small pump pot of coffee is not enough, runs out quickly
the placement of the toilet paper holder behind the toilet on the left side was very awkward, the right side would have been better. Only shampoo & conditioner supplied in the shower, a shower gel would have been nice
