Having breakfast included was a great bonus. Having the free tram service outside was even better. Location if perfect for all of KC’s amenities. All staff members were very obliging & in good spirits.
Less rain showers but you can’t control that!

the room was nice !! very much updated and cozy! everything was clean and staff was very nice ! hotel was in the vicinity of the places i planned to visit !
someone that worked there told me that the pool was only 21 and up but i saw kids swimming in the pool so idk

Everything in the sleeping area was clean. It had no smells. The pool was clean. 2 bottles complementary water. Fridge and microwave.
There was mold and water damage in the shower area. The elevator was constantly in use due to workers renovating, and this caused it to stop working during our stay. The hallways are hot. Someone was smoking in the stairwell.
