It was very comfortable it was clean I did see a couple hairs in the tub. But other than that the staff was very friendly the lady at the front desk Ms Trina or I think Ms Tanya or somebody was very nice we have problems with our TV in the living room part but one of the housekeeping ladies came over and did they best for trying to help us get the TVs working I appreciate them with everything they did.
The only thing was the hairs in the tub but it wasn't a lot of hair it was just like one or two but I seen but that was minor problem other than that I did not smell any bad smell at all it smelled very clean when we walked inside the building you can smell cleaning products and the only thing was the door was very hard to open and close when you going inside the room other than that the room was very clean and I hate that we couldn't request for more linen because it was four of us and it was only three towers three washcloths and three hand towels so we had to make do what we had.

The person who served breakfast was friendly and made breakfast worth coming back again.
The inner front door by the stairs did not have a digital lock. Maybe that was due to the remodeling. But, anyone could have entered during the night.

The swimming pool for the kids who where with there parents couldn't play in the pool water was dirty.

Nice location
Elevator didn’t work, advertised breakfast but it wasn’t any breakfast . You have to remove all linen and trash from room before checkout . Hot water was not hot at all ( lukewarm ) at best .
