Very nice and clean

I paid for breakfast with my room booking and they tried to charge me again for breakfast in the breakfast room

My truck was too tall for the parking area. No mention was made of a 6’ clearance.

It was beautiful, well kept and clean. Breakfast was high quality (except for the coffee, but with an espresso machine at home, my standards are very high!) Staff at the restaurant was very professional and accommodating. Pool was very nice also.

The beach. It was so utterly and extremely disappointing. Not the hotel’s fault, it’s just the location is not good. It was full of seaweed (expected and not a problem) the real problem were these brown snails floating around everywhere in the water. Harmless but we simply could not use the beach (which was the whole reason we selected this location) Also, keep in mind if you don’t stay in the beach villas you will have to drive or wait for their shuttle. We ended up paying $53 for an umbrella and 4 beach chairs at nearby Jensen beach (much nicer and cleaner), about a 7 min drive. Also extremely disappointing was the fact that the pool got closed on Saturday at 4pm because someone got sick inside the pool and they had nobody to come and clean it. It remained closed until the next day when we were leaving. Highly disappointing they had no one available to quickly resolve the issue.

they send me a lot of emails to upgrade my stay , I reserve breakfast to an extra cost. When I arrived they couldn't find my reservation in spite of given them all my confirmation number and showing them the receipt from my payment. We were 5 rooms , I spent almost 1 hour, the first women was very unfriendly, then came another one who was nice and give us complimentary breakfast cards because all the problems, and every time she was marking that it was complimentary, the following morning the front manager remember me that I had reserved the breakfast, I mentioned him that the front girl gave us complimentary but he cashed the Breakfast , I send him several messages he never answer me !
