Excellent hotel! Great for summer time ☀️

Very nice staff. Great breakfast. Impressive and comfortable room. Very good location with pool in the main building and beach + pool in beachside with free shuttle.

I won’t be back.

The decor of the room and bathroom was great quality.

The restaurant was closed. The breakfast room was temporary. The room was noisy, thin walls, noisy neighbors. The room was noisy, pool side, although i had requested Resort view.

Nice experience… we will be back!

Location, staff was great very friendly. Drinks were good.. overall we had a nice time at the hotel.

I think the pool looked a little yellow… maybe algae in the walls… people were swop but it could have looked better. When we left on Apr 8th the sprinklers were flooding the pool area.

Awesome resort and great place to relax and enjoy the south Florida sun and beach.

Great breakfast buffet, fresh juices and a chef making omelettes to order. Awesome pool atmosphere, the beach was the highlight of our trip. Really nice left and righthand break for surfing just out front of the access. Food at the tiki bar beachside was great quality and super convenient, no need to leave the beach area.

At time of our visit there was low availability of beach chairs-make sure to get there early, around 9am to ensure you get a set.

Would not stay there again

Didn’t eat breakfast there. Restaurants were a real disappointment. One wasn’t even available. The web site was not correct.

I was not Notified that construction was going on Night clerk did not know her job.

Could use improvement and manager training

Great location

Some areas dirty. Had a drink with a frozen ant in ice. Staff didn’t even offer to replace drink, and I had to ask for them to take drink off bill. Amateur management.

Pierre the Bellhop was AMAZING! The most kind hearted, genuine helpful staff member I can remember encountering at a hotel.

Tram to beach not working. No way to get to beach. Needed to get away from noise, there is no way without tram or personal car. Renovation not mentioned on website. Mold, water stains, holes in walls, holes in curtains, springy beds that squeak, old smoke smell in hallways, mold on balconies

Bed was great and resort view was very nice. Parking was convenient and easy. Staff and room attendants were friendly and helpful.

No privacy door in dressing area.

Lying Crooks

There was a maintenance worker who came in to fix a few things and he could not have been nicer.

Absolutely zero customer service. We were not given the room we paid for which was supposed to be a partial ocean view room. I read another review where someone else had the same issue and the front desk told them they couldn't have the room because they didn't book directly with Marriott. Booking.com should be all over the Marriott about this, it is bait and switch and should be illegal. You should not be able to sell something if you can't provide what has been paid for, period. They also lied and told us there were no more partial ocean view rooms and we caught them in their lie when a family member had to move rooms and ended up in the type of room we had booked. They are absolute crooks and I will never stay there again. Plus the place is falling apart, so there's that.

Very good

The stuff was very friendly, both pools have hot tabs along both pools. At the last day our flight was late at evening so we checked out and received from the hotel special key to be able reach the beach and hotel facilities.

the bar was expensive, the price for 2 chairs at the beach but should be free for hotels guests as its resort with resort fee.

the bikes!

not worth the money! very outdated! the breakfast is ridiculously over priced and gross! cold pancakes and slimy bacon. you have to travel at least a mile to get to the beach, nowhere near the main building.

Disaster Vacation

There was nothing I liked about this resort The resort needs work On the Web it makes it seem like it is a 5 Star Hotel In fact it should be a -5 Star Resort Staff needs to be taught better customer service. Rude I Quote if you don"t like this place we can cancel you reservation and you can leave My daughter bathroom toilet backed up 2x you think maybe offer her a new room Our reservation were for 2 rooms 1 for a king and 1 with 2 Queen wrong that was a disaster If this is how Marriott operates their resort like this then I should save my money I feel like I took 4000 dollars and threw it out my window

Gave wrong room became rude Requested king size bed Got two Double beds Most of the staff Bad attitudes They aren't very customer service friendly rude yes The premises are run down Mixed up rooms with my daughter turned key off after they charged credit cards Personally if I wanted to get even with someone I would send them to this resort I've dealt with booking.com for many years but this was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made booking 3 you guys without investigating it

It was a lot less than what I feel I paid for!

conveniently located and east to access. plenty of parking available.

when I saw the ad it looked closer to the beach area, it wasn’t! I asked for a room high with a water view and they gave me a view of the pool. I got a balcony as requested but had also saw a walk in shower and got the tub shower. the bed was a bit Firm even with the added pillow top. I didn’t even take pics!!!

NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN . EVER

The buffet is well organized and fresh

The walls that seperate the rooms from each other are NOT soundproofed in any manner. PAPER walls. You can hear the next door neighbor's TV, cell calls, coughing, sneezing, chatting. Noisy hallways at 1AM and later. Drunken patrons. You can smell the weed smoke that people are not supposed to smoke in their rooms. The partying atmosphere is great at 2:30AM. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL FOR ANYONE OTHER THAN ALL NIGHT PARTIERS. CHECK IN AND BRING YOUR DRUGS. NOT A FAMILY PLACE.
