The breakfast was very good. I appreciated that they had oat milk, because I’m allergic to dairy. The location was also very good. The room was clean and comfortable.
When I checked out, they said they would email a receipt. So when they asked if I wanted a hard copy, I said “No.” But I have not received an email receipt. Yesterday I called them, and they said booking.com should send me a receipt. I have not received a receipt from booking.com, either!

Consistently comfortable and clean.
Please hire two people to support the busy breakfast service. I have come to this hotel for years. The load of customers at breakfast requires two staff. The person who managed to provide excellent service was stretched thin by the demands of the breakfast hour.
