It was ok but not for the price.

Had a patio.

Parking was parked no parking. Rug smelled like fish. Blankets had hair that looked like pubs. Pull out sofa was a twin not a queen. Restroom clogged. Shower needs deep clean. Room was very small. Halls were very hot and elevator was to.

No microwave in room , before check in kept asking receptionist questions about the pool then after i checked in she tells me pool will be closed all weekend for maintenance 🤬

This is a very good location.

That the hallways were to warm. Been this way for the last year. We stay at this property alot. The OAU's need repaired!!!!!!

Nice location, but we´ll try another place next time

We liked the location, near the Rim. It is a new hotel, this was our first stay. Very good night courtains to darken the room. Spacious bath. Big desk, nice sofa.

I asked for firm pillows, they didn´t have. I asked for top floor, they send us to second floor. The lady at the front desk didn´t offer us to book breakfast. The room was barely a good size. The bed was too soft. Small night table. Water too expensive: 5 dlls per litter. The door of the shower leaks a lot.

The staff is amazing - you need to serve more actual Starbucks drinks, the hall carpets need to be changed, the mattresses are not Marriot standard, the restaurant breakfast is not really good and the menu need to be upgraded - serve real type foods like chicken wings & better salads etc - I eat out every time time I stay there & usually I stay a week a month there

Nice room but miss having a continental breakfast.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. I like that the toiletries are refillable and not the tiny single-use bottles. Kudos for that. The bed was comfortable, and the little couch and ottoman were a nice touch for T.V. watching.

They offered water bottles in the room a $ 5.00 a bottle. Water should be complimentary. I also didn't like not having a continental breakfast. There was a Starbucks where we could order breakfast, but they were out of everything. And they didn't accept Starbucks gift cards. So again, a negative, and I would choose the hotel across the road next time we travel through San Antonio.
