The cleanliness was apparent, this was a very satisfying experience compared to the motels I usually stay at. The breakfast was very good with number of selections!
Nothing comes to mind except using the TV clicker as far as changing channels was tricky but the channel selections was great.

The cleanliness of the entire facility was outstanding. We also found all of the staff very courteous and helpful! The morning breakfast was excellent as well.
The pet policy. We are NOT anti pet, but we prefer our animals outside on our farm, including dogs. I nearly passed on the this hotel because of the policy, but the location convinced me to try it. Might I suggest a floor or a wing or at least a bank of rooms that are non pet rooms? Just a suggestion. I also think you need a stoplight and better signage, at least a road sign, at your main entrance.

Nice newer establishment. Close to the mall, shops and food. Room has clean and nice, and the beds were nice but the mattress was on the softer side. Staff was nice and the breakfast hostess (I think her name was Helen?) was fabulous!
Nice continental breakfast, but very limited on options/selections. No pool. Expensive based on these items.

It was in a good location, the chair in the room should be comfortable, there should be a nightstand on each side of the bed
