Residence Inn Canton

Clean and spacious and near lots of shops and restaurants.

I did not like they we had to wait over an hour in the lobby to get our room after it was check-in time. I guess they were shortstaffed and they let other customers have late checkouts so none of the rooms were ready. The poor guy at the front desk was trying his best, but he couldn’t accommodate everybody. We were late getting ready because we had gotten the hotel for a concert. We were hoping to get something to eat before we leaving, but we didn’t have time because we waited so long for our room. When we got into our room, there were no towels. They must’ve had to clean the room super fast. I do give credit to the short staff that they had that actually showed up, but management should’ve come in to help.

Location was great, room was huge & very clean! Staff were fun & friendly, basketball court was nice, the sweet lady who does breakfast is amazing!

The hotel was undergoing some construction, but even with construction going on there were 0 complaints!

Sofa bed smelled like urine and the mattress was dirty and should be replaced
