The convenience of the location.
It was warm where the rooms were located. Our room seemed to have been a bit humid. The air was set to 66 degrees for us and did not seem to cool the room down well. Linens were not as clean as expected. Beds were very firm on a metal box spring which squeaked every time you moved.
