Beautiful property plus the room smelled clean and fresh upon entering.
The property restaurant The Spotted Donkey may be some of the worst food we've had plus there were rust stain scratches in the tub which look awful. Our floor (3rd was very loud with door banging every night.

I don’t eat a big breakfast. Just got a little snack in area close to front desk. Shopped in little shop. Loved it. Bought some things in there. Loved my view from my room Loved location.

Rooms were very clean and the views were beautiful The staff member who checked us in was very nice and she was very customer focused and helpful.
The pool seemed a little moldy on the walls. Relative to staff, there was one member of the staff who wasn't really listening and really pushing to use the scan feature to register my vehicle. I advised him that I do not do those and asked for an alternate method. He still pressed for me to do the scan and had to tell him again I would not due to a previous experience elsewhere that caused a virus in my phone. He eventually took care of it but then pushed again to due the scan.

It was a nice hotel, with beautiful views. It was clean and the room was nice to be in.
The fire warning light system and an alarm went off in the middle of the night. No communication from staff. We were up from 1am - 3am. The person at the front desk was monosyllabic, and when I asked for a later checkout because we would want more time to sleep, he just repeated, “checkout is at noon.” Luckily, another employee came up and apologized and extended our checkout. They also charge hotel guests for parking, so be ready to pay for that if you stay there.
