Comfortable and affordable

Room is well maintained and beds were comfortable. Great size for my family and affordable compared to nearby hotels. Room seem to keep sound in well and I didn't hear the other guests or people walking through the hallway. The staff are helpful and pleasant. I'll book here again!

Hotel lied, upon arrival was told - pool closed, o breakfast as stated and finesse center closed...Terrible place to stay with no amenities over-priced at 70 with nothing as promised

Guy at counter was not helpful. And stay was not comfortable at all.

It was old building and smelly. Bedding was not washed. There was no pool and breakfast which was offered online.

very disappointed in this place, place was not cleaned at all!!!

our place was so dirty i had to wear my husband’s old socks right after the shower or my feet was black! smoke alarm was not working. no breakfast because under construction and no pool. my daughters room still had ashes on a lamp near the bed!! i think i should get some of my money back because what was on line is nothing like what i saw!

Very disappointed

Relatively cheap price.

No breakfast served due to renovation of the breakfast room and no grab and go breakfast either. Room was dirty, especially the bathroom was filthy. Fridge was unusable and made a lot of noise.I couldn't lock my room at night because the lock didn't work. Swimming pool was closed.In short, I was very disappointed.

Bad experience with the hotel

This location has bed bugs no Wi-Fi and no breakfast and no phone to call the front desk the was dirty and the the bath tub was dirty

you guys need to actually down your rooms all the way down and NOT just change the bed sheets and call it a a day.

It was quiet and nearby where I needed to go

our bathroom in 210 was not cleaned much at all. there was an OPEN soap bar in the shower, I could see hairs from the previous occupants in the bathroom. the floors were SO DIRTY that my socks were literally black underneath. do better.

Easy access location, decent bed, ample parking

Advertised as breakfast included but it wasn't. Facilities were under construction, tv service was intermittent and room lighting was poor

This place is disgusting. When I complained about what looked like feces on the wall. .from multiple times, the desk told me to write a complaint to give to house keeping in the morning. Everything was broken and the walls and doors and mirrors hadn't been cleaned clearly for multiple uses. I left a day early because of how horrible this place is.
