It’s not the first time that these new reception people have problems to identify our reservation. Some empathy classes

I have been lodging in this hotel for years The cleaning crew is awesome and friendly

The day we arrived, the receptionist was not able to identify our paid reservation and without even trying to check on her side, since I showed her the proof of payment she insisted there was no reservation made I had to call booking.com for support and luckily I was able to talk with someone who helped us to clarify the situation Indeed there was a reservation and our names were in the receptionist list, but she wasn’t willing to admit Finally the room we were assigned was on the ground level by the pool, not really the most quiet room

Apart from occasional cigarette smell on hallway. It was comfortable stay.

Passable

The space of the room and clean. The price was reasonable.

There was a heavy smell of Marijuana coming in our room. That made it very unpleasant.

Wonderful! 2 thumbs up!

It was a girls weekend, and we just so enjoyed the suite with two bedrooms and a place to hang out. The kitchen was amazing for the size of that suite! The beds were wonderfully comfortable!

I had a good time, I’d be willing to go back

good location, I liked having my own kitchen, not a ton of people around (I stayed over the weekend), I want the desk chair

bed and couch could have been more comfortable, I would have preferred an indoor pool (not that they can change that)

Disappointing

The breakfast was poor. Went for breakfast and they had nothing. The so called breakfast was not stalked. It was missing items.

Room and bed were too small for a Queen Suite. Facility was worn.

Comfortable bed but didn't sleep well

Kids screaming next door running in the night in the hallway. I couldn't sleep. Left a day early because it was very loud and overpacked in my hallway

Slightly less than Suite...but not sour!

Quiet room, but given the pandemic circumstances, lower occupancy could attribute to this. Also no hot breakfast fir same reason.

The room was NOT as advertised on the website. Although it was titled 'Queen suite' the details indicated a king bed. Upon check in, I was told no king beds were available at this property at all. Also, the pictures offered were not how the room was laid out. Lastly, the bathroom walls showed obvious signs of water dsmage; peeling, bubbling, etc., the tub had moldy colored or missing caulking and a broken toilet seat. All details that didn't directly affect the stay, but visually a considerable letdown for the quality and attention to detail lacking at this hotel.
