There was a guest expert (or something like that) who went above and beyond when we checked in.

The trash cans outside the hotel as well as in the lobby were overflowing. That’s the only thing I have that needs improvement.

The beds were fine. Shower fine. But. No room cleaning provided for a 3 night stay. Minimal only one hook to hang towels for 2 people. One bar of soap. No lotion. Minimal amenities. Night light would be nice.

Disappointed that they reduced choice of cleaning to every other day or none. I chose every other day and it did not happen. Not a worthy experience with Marriott expectation
