Location was good. Room was small, but cozy. Staff were very helpful. Continental breakfast was good.
For the price you’d think the rooms would have a little better amenities. Seemed a little pricy for what was in the rooms. Walls were also paper thin. Made it hard to sleep.

Location was excellent with close proximity to mall shopping, highway and South Portland. 15 minute drive to beautiful Pine Point Beach. King bed was very comfortable, and A/C maintained a consistent room temperature; comfortably furnished. Nice linens. Shower had excellent water volume/pressure.
No pool. Patio area was not very clean or organized. Breakfast was not very good - powdered scrambled eggs. poor selection of cereals and yogurt etc. But did have a waffle station if you have time.

Our room was clean.
We've stayed at a lot of Fairfields and this one fell short in a lot of ways. For the price, it just wasn't all that great.
