The staff was exceptional. We are HGV owners, but I booked the 1 night through booking .com. Ken greeted us like we were long lost friends and set the tone for the entire vacation which continued at Los Abrigados in Sedona. Furthermore the HGV concierge that was there that day I can't remember his name, but he helped us prepare for the rest of our week even though we were only at Bell Rock the one night. I can't say enough about these 2 amazing humans. You are lucky to have them.
