The breakfast was nice and convenient. Internet and TY were fine. Location was excellent, room was pleasant and quiet, slept well.
The only thing that was a problem, not really a problem, but I did not know there wasnt an elevator, but really not a problem for me. Was kind of cramped up from being in the car. There was an elderly couple that came in about the same time as I did, and the staff brought their large luggage up the stairs for them. This should probably be standard for older folks (I am in my 70s but mostly fit, but not everyone is). Just a thought.

Location of room and ice machine and breakfast space. Coffee was excellent. Also appreciated no outside noise.
Breakfast was cooked a little too early. By the time we ate everything was quite dry. The taste was okay, just a very dried out texture.

Close to or destination, family.
We did not get new replacement towels without asking 4 days in a row. Never have service in the room.
