The room was very clean and roomy. Breakfast was very delicious also.
The late check out was only a hour longer. The phone plug socket in the room did not work.

Variety of breakfast options, something different every day. Rooms were comfortable, and the kitchenette gave us the ability to cook our own meals for lunch and dinner

Easy check in was easy, full kitchen, good AC, clean pool and gym, decent breakfast, great pool!
Ac in living room had a buzzing sound when on, so our kids had trouble sleeping the first night. Toaster in kitchen didn’t work.

Hotel was clean, especially our room, which was a great size for two adults and one child. Stores/restaurants and metro station are just a short car ride away.
Pool was small and crowded, breakfast was ok, but the biggest issue was how loud the other guests were. Friday evening, it sounded like one kid having a very loud one sided conversation, perhaps on a video game, and then Saturday a group of teens took over that room and again were extremely loud until after 3am, in the rooms and running up and down the hallways. We had an adjoining room so I’m not sure if that was why it was so loud. At one point it sounded like they were trying to open the door that way and I asked them what they were doing and they stopped.

Absolutely perfect for our 3-day stay! Amenities were great, gym facilities were fulfilling for what I needed, room space and kitchen worked great for our family.

The entire facility from parking lot all the way up to the room was clean, neat and pleasing to the eyes.. Staff was very attentive and helpful
It was confusing upon entry that either side of the property was for different bookings/hotels. Luckily the staff was quick to clear this up. Also the advertised “heated swimming pool” was far from warm or cool, kids could not comfortably enjoy a swim in it. More meal options at the restaurant

the area was really nice and so was the building. the staff was also very sweet. the breakfast was also very goood. the lighting was very goood in the rooms as well

I was called at 10 pm very inconvenient
but also the tv was not the best it was hotel locked which dampens everything
and bed wasn’t too comfy compared to other hotels

most uncomfortable bed ever. might as well have slept in the floor. the sofa bed was about same comfort and well, sofa beds just aren’t where it’s at for a great nights sleep.
