Just a quick one night stay while traveling to another location and hotel.

Nice floor on fourth floor, spacious with comfortable bed and pillows; large seating area with sofa.

Evening reception woman ignored waiting customers while talking on phone for at least 10-15 minutes. She gave wrong information about breakfast, and did not give details about parking.

Comfortable hotel but overpriced for what you get and should be cleaner

Room is spacious, there’s a coffee machine with three pods, bed is comfortable.

Room wasn’t clean: there are layers of dust behind furniture, windows look like they haven’t been cleaned in months, the couch had crumbs on it.

Nice hotel but wasn’t happy how they reacted to a loud AC in my room.

AC made a lot of noise and staff I spoke to said I yelled at her when I had to raise my voice due to AC making loud noise. Then the manager who came on after being on hold for 2 mins (staff was prob telling her I yelled). Manager didn’t even offer to discount my stay due to the inconvenience and didn’t even offer another room cause she didn’t know when one would be available (I had to ask).

it was ok other then the sink stopped up

the place is absolutely beautiful

the sink in the bathroom was stopped up soon as we walked in the room. called the front desk to let them know and no one came to fix it. couldn’t use the sink at all , such a mess and of course since we booked through you guys there was NOTHING they could do to comp me.. WOW

A good quiet location. Easy parking and easy in and out of the hotel. Everything was very clean and there were eateries nearby

A nice hotel

Room was spacious and clean bed was firm. Bathroom was one of the best. I really like the walk in shower and lighted mirror. Room has plenty of lighting. If there were families there I didn't hear them through the walls.

The pillows were too soft for me and the very early morning trash runs were not too great. I heard them through the closed window. Also the TV options are limited so be sure to bring something to stream your preferred shows on. Overall the hotel was good and would stay again

Location, Amenities, Cleanliness and View

The Bar/Restaurant wasn’t open and I’ve stayed several times with no Bar/Restaurant. Garage Parking is nice but it’s so expensive and if I leave I have to keep paying every time. Please, consider giving ONE FLATE RATE for guest staying more than one night (at least)! I know the economy isn’t all that great but work together with your guest to keep us coming back as LOYAL GUEST OF YOUR HOTEL! Thank You Kindly

Worth the price

Very clean, quiet & simple. Staff was friendly & accommodating.

There was never a bartender at the bar or it was closed when it was supposed to be open. There is also a $20 a night parking fee.

Good safe hotel near metro.

lots of room space, convenient to Metro, staff was outstanding. In a clean safe area.

Food trash in hallway not picked up, even after mentioning it. Parking expensive and no free breakfast.

my mother and I had a beautiful time and did not have to leave the area for the two days that we were there since there

The double Queen room was spacious and had two sofas and a desk. I loved the fact that the room had and microwave and frig. most importantly it was sparkling clean.

The television in the room was not a smart TV, so I was not able to cast Netflix or any other app based subscription.

Very pleasant and would return if in the area again.

Spacious and clean room, no noise audible from neighbors. We didn't know how to use Bluetooth bathroom mirror and we were told that instructions were soon to be provided. Guess we were ahead of our time!!!! Hotel was very convenient to the Metro access bridge and station.

Parking was more expensive than we wished; perhaps it could have been free or discounted since spots did not seem to be in great demand. It was convenient, though.

Great facilities, comfortable, room overall clean except for the toilet.

The room was comfortable. We also enjoyed our time in the hot tub and pool - the lifeguard was a nice guy. The location was great, near the metro, bus stop, restaurants, etc.

The lady in the front desk in the evening was unfriendly/unwelcome. Plus, under the toilet’s seat it was a little bit dirty.
