Wine Country Inn

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating every time we dealt with them, whether on the phone or in person. The rooms are spacious and clean and smell good. Conveniently located and still pretty quiet. Window in bathroom is nice. Cold breakfast and hot coffee. Felt very safe. Plenty of parking. Even chargers for electric vehicles.

Nothing. It was all good.

Great place to stay , close to everything . Staff was great .

The only problem was the 4 kids upstairs running back and forth about 5 o'clock in the morning on a Saturday ....

I loved that my dog was welcomed, and doggie rules were clearly communicated. I loved the location. I'm a walker so it was great to be able to explore lovely Jacksonville on foot. I felt safe, and there were plenty of other dog walkers out to feel welcoming. The entire town felt like walking in a lovely and relaxed environment, with many family activities going on. I liked the welcoming staff at the Inn. Including the caring room care staff. The breakfast was well prepared and presented. I thought the doggy bag was a very nice touch, particularly the poo bags, water bowl, and throw cloth to protect the bed linens. I also appreciated the room located near the gated grass area. At 5:30 am on a rainy night it was handy. The rooms were nicely prepared, and plenty big enough for my weimaraner. Appreciated the vinyl flooring for a dog. I was in Jacksonville from North Bend to deliver my paintings to the Pastel Artists of Oregon Southern Regional 'Pastel Inspirations' show at Art Presence Center. The photos are my work. It was my first trip to Jacksonville. Jacksonville is a beautiful, interesting town, with delightful people.

For inclement weather, it would be great to have more indoor seating for breakfast. Room lighting could be brighter for reading in the chair or bed. My room was a bit noisy with a loud laugher female nearby. I'm glad she was happy, just toned down a bit would be better. Not the Inn's fault, of course.

The staff we interacted with were professional, courteous and very helpful. The bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was nice.

The floors were filthy. The shower curtain allowed water all over the bathroom floor. We missed having a microwave. The walls were very thin..the noise next door was unpleasant.
