Alana was so professional and helpful. I thought I was booking a different hotel, to be honest, and was disappointed when I pulled up. Her demeanor uplifted my mood and I was fine.
The air is on the wall and it points AT an area of the wall that jutts out, so it blocks the air, so it took longer than usual to cool the room down.

Parking was limited and tight spots. Rooms were a little small
