The location was great for catching the boat to the island.

Hallways were not very clean. Our room had damage to it upon our checkin.

Location was great. Rooms very clean.

There were spiders webs and spiders everywhere. Not just in windows or screens. In corners, on ceilings.

If it weren't for the safety hazards for it being an old hotel it wasn't bad. They lady at the desk was very nice.

The pool area is full of mold. There is a something in their park area next to the green slide that is sharp. My son hit his head on it and had to get staples. The lady in the pool area watched us looking at our son's head, rushing him into the bathroom to get papertowels to clean him up because the blood from his head was running down his face, of course he was soaking wet so it was bright red, but she just sat there, didn't offer to help, didn't shut anything down to clean, I get there is chlorine but come on. When we checked out early because of this, the woman at the desk was nice and asked if he needed medical attention to whick I denied as we had already gone and come back from the hospital, she said there wasn't anything they could do to refund or compensate. The smoke alarm on our room had dead batteries, they constantly chirp when the battery is dead, fire code it should have been hard wired into the electrical system but clearly was not. There was no electrical socket cover in one of the rooms we reserved. I had reserved 3 rooms for Friday and 5 rooms for Saturday so we spent a large amount of money on this trip to unfortunately stay at an incredibly unsafe place.
