The breakfast was amazing!
The airport shuttle method. Driver amazing but a pain in the neck to get a ride without ability to call hotel or contact them.

Rooms were clean breakfast was good.
The shuttle information was wrong. The app they tell you to use told us to go to C24. They were not picking up at c. ( not sure if it was just this night) we waited for over 40 minutes and couldn't get a hold of the hotel. We finally did and she did get the shuttle to come get us, but we were very tired got there at 1 am. They were nice enough to give us a late check- out for our troubles.

We liked that their kitchen and bar were open late. Usually when arriving into DFW all hotel facilities are closed. It was clean and the few people working were very nice.
They are way understaffed. Check in was slow and there was only one server. And it was busy. She said it’s always like that so it wasn’t a one off. The shuttle was packed, had to leave people behind. They said to request the shuttle online. When it didn’t show and I called they said sometimes the driver doesn’t have service to see the requests. Then why push people to an app. It was very frustrating.
