when I booked this stay it included breakfast. no one at the hotel explained that they used vouchers when I checked in. the first day I was charged for my husband and my breakfast. the lady at the breakfast buffet was extremely rude when my husband and I tried to have breakfast the next day and did not have a voucher. I called the hotel and was told breakfast was included and our Breakfast on day one was refunded but again no one explained that we needed vouchers and where to get them. the next day the same lady was again very rude when we tried to have breakfast.

check in was extremely difficult as they messed up our reservation. I was charged for an additional room I did not stay in.

The room was nice except for the couch bed sheets were obviously not cleaned from previous guests so we had to sleep on the 3 blankets that we actually had to go down and request from the the front desk since they did not have any extra other than the ones on the king bed. The breakfast was pretty good. Although we got there a little too late to experience it, the indoor pool looked nice.

The line was super long and only one person was working on a Saturday evening at 8pm. Finally after waiting in line for about 20 minutes someone else finally came to help. He explained that they did not have the 2 queens since they were under construction so they would upgrade us to the king suite with sofa bed. We said fine. Well we get up to the so called suite and it was a regular room with a recliner. We gathered our stuff and went back down there and I called the number because I was not going to stand in that long line again. The manager answered and came out. She said they gave us the wrong room and she gave us another room. There was a little confusion between her and her employee but she gave us another room number with a different card. We go up to the room and its OCCUPIED! Now I am really upset bc we have been here almost an hour and still no room. I call the manager again on my way back down and she finally resolves it and gives us the correct room. She actually also redeemed herself by offering dinner on her at the restaurant. That actully made up for our inconvenience.

The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the selection of pillows. the room was a good size with two Queen size beds and the TV was big and offered a nice selection of channels.

The meal I had at the bar was terrible. the hamburger was tasteless and tough. My bathroom had hair from either the previous guest or the housemaid.

When I checked out, I asked for a printed receipt. They told me because I booked it online that they could not give me one. I needed this to do an expense report. I also was awakened at 0450 due to a fire in the elevator shaft. I was confused on how the breakfast was set up. There should be a continental breakfast for all guest, not just crew members. The staff could have been more friendly and giving more information about the property.

I like that there is a restaurant on premise

I didn’t like the airport van driver’s attitude. I wasn’t able to get a receipt for my stay. was given a flat out “ no” when I asked.

quiet, spacious rooms, clean, friendly staff. the pool was clean and we enjoyed swimming as well as the noon checkout. would certainly stay again
