I love the location that is around a bunch of shopping centers and restaurants. It was just very very convenient.
I really don't have anything negative to say about what I didn't like about the property other than I think parking should be free

The check in hosts are great. Good proximity of where I’m traveling too.
I have stayed at the facilities twice within 2 months.
This facility clearly states 12:00 checkout.
1) Each time a hour or 1:15 at least before checkout. Housekeeping is trying to enter my room with the key and my “Do not disturb sign hanging on the door knob “Rolling Over”. I have to stop the cleaning from actually entering with her key.
2X) “Do not disturb sign hanging on the door knob “Rolling Over”. Housekeeping knocking on the door at 11:00. I open the door and housekeeper rudely asks do you have a late checkout. I’m actually in the middle of packing.
I’m not loud nor do I want stay anywhere where housekeeping walking directly in my room when clearly the “do not disturb is on my door” before checkout.
3) Additional Parking fee changed from $10-$13 within a month of my two stays.

Staff was exceptionally kind although I believe our check out host over promised and under sold. I was told I would receive points towards a free nights stay due to being given a room that felt like a swamp. That didn’t happen though. At least the night host was able to get us a room with working a/c though. Oh well.
Our first room had a/c issues.
