breakfast was great and staff were efficient and helpful. howevwe, our bathroom lock was faulty and locked us out of the bathroom -(rather than inside it thankfully) but the maintenance person shrugged it off and once he released it, said not to close the door again. ....... not ideal.
AC unit was a bit noisy but effective. Location excellent.
this was our third stay and we will stay again in future.
maintenance person recommendation not to close bathroom door - rather than fix it properly.

Breakfast was ok. Not the best,, but good. Bed comfortable.
The ac is super noisy, and does not get rid of humidity, so not very comfortable in Florida

The staff were excellent and very friendly, the location was fantastic. It had everything you needed wishing easy walking distance and was within approximately 10 minutes drive to all of the Disney parks! The staff at the hotel were great, especially the housekeeping who came in and tidied, made the bed and provided fresh towels every day.
Nothing, it is a very standard Floridian hotel but was an excellent stay due to the above points.

Close to Disney World
It is more a motel, rather than an hotel.
