Location, Parking space, Cleanliness , premises
Room design. There is a fancy huge sliding door between the bedroom and bathroom, which has no latch and keeps sliding open. Once when it got stuck when we closed it hard and we needed to call the front desk at night. There is no heat in the bathroom that makes it everything inside very cold. Also there is no bathtub and the floor remains wet and cold after shower.
The hotel has no breakfast facility. There are many cafes and restaurants around but you loose time in the morning and have a late start.

Location is perfect! Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
It was pretty pricey for a motel with no other accommodations such as breakfast, free parking, valet/concierge. Second level guests have to walk set of stairs so travel light or request to stay on first floor.

Location can’t be beat. Renovations of exterior are great
The room was Motel 8 level. Cheap carpet, fixtures, laminate peeling off windows, no door to the bedroom in our suite, bathroom door didn’t work properly. Insulting for the price we paid
