The front desk was very congenial! As the face of the hotel you would want him at every location.
The water pressure in the shower was on the light side and the mattresses were too firm for my liking.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Gave us extra towels, someone is always at the counter to help and they have snacks and drinks at the counter.
There was a good amount of black mold present not just in the bathroom. “Free breakfast” was all carbs just waffles and bagels and cereal and juice .

The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and the young ladies checking us out were very pleasant. The breakfast was reasonable and breakfast area was clean.
Unfortunately, in my opinion, the grout in the shower needs a good cleaning. The mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. One thing that really bothered me is there is no bathroom in the lobby nor in the pool area. Our room was on the third floor all the way on the other side of the hotel, so for someone who urgently needed to use the restroom, that became an issue. When we asked the desk staff if there was a restroom in the lobby or pool, they said no. We stated we needed to use the restroom, and their reply was there was only one for employees. We stated we were guests of the hotel, but it didn't matter. I felt that that was poor customer service.
