The rooms where nice. The location was nice.
The staff was very rude and treated me as if I was a problem then a customer. I understand I stayed for a few night but being treated as if I was noting something wrong. Like I wasn't not informed on what I could ans couldn't do they just assumed I new what I could do. I mean offering only housecleaning to gauss that stayed longer then 4 days, then not having a room service for someone who's only stayed a few night, not allowing me or anyone of my party to swim because I was a overnight guess? Like really? Lesson learned and I will not be using the hotel again for future trips.

Property was exceptional and staff very professional and friendly. Easy and quick check in. Great location near many restaurants and shopping centers. Close to the airport at about a 5 to 10 minute drive.
Breakfast is usually exceptional here. But this time they were lacking bacon, sausage or ham. Basically, there was no meat options for breakfast this time. That placed a lack luster beginning to my day and of course something I will remember since I was looking forward to their normally wonderful and exceptional breakfast. Hopefully the problem can be fixed before my next visit.

My daughter did say the breakfast was great.
It was not very clean and I expected it to be better. The morning front desk clerk was just plain rude. I do not understand how you can be a service and not provide service.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly especially the lady that was working the breakfast area and the food was great!

The pool and hot tub was the only thing that looked really good. I did not get to enjoy it because it was a rainy day. But i'm sure it would have been lonely.
The building in photo shoped on the website it does not look that pretty in person. The carpet was nasty! The bottom of my feet were brown from walking on carpet. The bathroom was so small. If you want to shut the bathroom door for privacy, you have to stand in shower for space to close the door, that's how small it is. Ya'll have put so much money into making the Lobby look so fantastic but the rooms are outdated and small.

The breakfast was better than I expected with a variety of choices. We liked the location, plenty of restaurants nearby and close to freeway but not too close.
We were not sure we were at the right place. Needs more signage identifying the motel as a Best Western.

There was a mix up about the room. The clerk fixed it with a phone call. The breakfast was great. Plenty of food and hot coffee.
Cleanup crew started cleaning too early. Alot of noise.

The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The eggs, omelets, and sausage were good. The potatoes were cold and undercooked. Automatic pancake maker was awesome.
The room they placed us in smelled like ammonia, AKA PET PISS! The staff said this was the only room available in the ground floor and my wife decided she didn't want to move. I purchased some Lysol to disinfect the entire room. The room smelled slightly better but was troubling for me. As we don't have pets but the staff placed us in a room previously occupied by pets. It's just like placing non smoking people in a smoked in room, it doesn't make sense! I was going to ensure the staff reported my complaint to the day staff but the desk staff was busy talking on the phone as she printed out my receipt. Better luck staying here. The balls in your court BW, you owe me a nights rental price or refund my Lysol purchase.

Two rooms were comfortable for a family of 6 adults and 1 child. The pool are was very nice and inviting with its plants and lawn decor.
Recommend adding a food service/room service.

First impressions were a room that was very clean, including a spotless bathroom! It was nicely furnished for functionality, had an ice cold A/C & fridge, plenty of parking, a great location and absolutely the best hot shower I’ve ever had in a hotel. There also was a sparkling clean pool, hot tub & even a kiddie pool, all very well-maintained & surrounded by a large, groovy courtyard.
The property presents itself very well when viewed in the photos, even appearing upscale, but in-person it’s clear that it desperately needs an update. A full makeover both with the rooms & exterior building would really elevate this unique property. And consequently, justify the higher than average price we paid per night.

Especially appreciated Miss Latonya at the front. Her greeting was expectional and she was very helpful when I called the hotel with questions. Job well done 👏
I didn't like the other woman the day before who answered the phone and when I asked the same questions as I did with Latonya I got rude, unpolite attitude.

We stayed here for the proximity to so many shops, resturants and was a 10 minute drive to gulf port beach. We had two adjoining rooms that were very clean and accommodated our family of 8 very well. We all enjoyed the continental breakfast every morning which had a wide variety of traditional breakfast items. The cleanliness and bargain prices were top notch.
The pool area was extremely crowded all day and evening which could be expected during hot summer months. When we checked in, it was stressed to us that everyone who would use the pool required a wristband to use the pool which we did. I did not appreciate other hotel guests smoking weed out around the pool area while me and my children were trying to enjoy the pool time we had. As far as turn down service, nothing was explained to use. There was a magnet in each room that you were to place on the door is you wanted housekeeping to clean your room. We thought we would at least get fresh towels daily since we had such a large number of guests. We called to the front desk to get fresh towels which we went to get. When we asked about where to place them, we were told to leave them by our doors. Unfortunately those same towels sat at our doors for 2 days.

The cleanliness of the room. And comfort of the bed.
We enjoyed the room and jacuzzi; however the fact that we paid for the suite or "deluxe king" at $217 a night; and there were people from other areas of the hotel using our balcony table, looking DIRECTLY INTO OUR WINDOW, DUE TO THE SHEER CURTAIN WHICH WAS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS TO PUT ON A SUITE WITH A JACUZZI NEAR THE BED!

THE ICING ON THE CAKE; I REQUESTED LATE CHECK OUT, BETWEEN 4 & 5 PM ON SUNDAY 6/18.
I RECEIVED AN EMAIL, FROM BOOKING.COM STATING THE HOTEL RESPONDED TO MY REQUEST AND APPROVED MY REQUEST WITH NO CHARGE.
WELL TOY SURPRISE, THERE QAS A BANG ON THE DOOR AT 11:09AM SUNDAY MORNING; I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND WAS YELLED AT BY THE BELLIGERENT FRONT DESK CLERK. DEMANDING I LEAVE NOW! I CAN NOT CHECK OUT LATE!
I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THE CONFIRMED EMAIL FOR LATE CHECK OUT, SHE ONLY YELLED MORE.
AT 11;22 THE POLICE SHOWED UP AT MY HOTEL ROOM DOOR BANGING ON IT, YELLING AT ME TELLING ME TO VACATE IMMEDIATELY.
I WAS HUMILIATED! THERE WERE PEOPLE EVERYWHERE!
HE ACTED LIKE I WAS A COMMON VAGRANT AND WAS REFUSING TO LEAVE A MOTEL 6 AT 40 BUCKS A NIGHT!
AFTER SPENDING $500 ON LESS THAN 48 HOURS I AM APPLAUD AT THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED FROM BEST WESTERN SEAWAY INN.
I ASKED THE CLERKS NAME WHEN I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH HER, AND SHE SAID, AND I QUOTE; WHAT THE HELL YOU NEED MY NAME FOR?!
GREAT END TO OUR ANNIVERSARY!!
