Great resort for family time.

Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The children enjoyed the various pools and loved the outdoor lawn area. Breakfast buffet was delicious, we loved the omelette station and variety of fruits offered.

Our only disappointment was the boat launch to the beach. We did not realize you need a reservation to ride. The children were crying after walking down and we were told the boats were full for the whole day. Signage would be extremely helpful in addition to the boat times informing guests to please reserve a seat.

Muito boa.

Gostamos muito da piscina com o Lazy River e dos Slides. Também do cafe da manhã. Era excelente.

A Piscina para crianças menores estava fechada para reforma e ninguem nos avisou antes. Também nao conseguimos ir a praia. Infelizmente parece que um furacao estragou o acesso.

Very good

Our room was never cleaned. I called down at 4pm and was told it would be done by 6. It wasn't. I had to grab extra towels and coffee from a closet that was opened.. For the price of the rooms per night the room should be at least stocked and trash emptied. Very disappointing 😕

The grounds around the pool were disgusting and filthy w/varmits & scavengers running & flying around near all the lounge chairs & food including a large rabid racoon that could have easily attacked one of the numerous kids that were nearby

Not worth the price, has gone downhill

Nice property, clean.

Noisy room (had to move), poor amenities at pools, you pay a resort fee everyday and then the hotel sells day passes to any Tom-Dick-or-Harry which results in overloaded facilities. Finally, roping us into a timeshare con. We will never be back.

During my stay, there was noise very early in the morning. My guess it was some type of construction (sounded like a roller coaster) At the bar I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar, the lettuce was not fresh

Wish it had been a better stay.

Clean and great location

The gentleman at check out told me he would remove the second night stay after we left for illness. He printed me out there and emailed me also what he said would only be charged. I was charged d double that amount.

Very nice but fell short on value based on the price I paid

Room was excellent

The property was still not running up to full capacity due to the hurricane. Very crowded at the pool due to the large pool in the back being out of order and no pool slide.

nice hotel lacking in hotel staff in the bars, restaurant area

all the amenities like shopping, shopping, coffee shop, etc. The pool was also nice.

All the business meetings held at the hotel. One staff member even told us they have lack of help for the common folk because they pull all the workers to help with the business groups. The front desk staff and coffee shop staff are spot on. Pool guy needs way more help with more staff. There was one guy working for the entire pool area.

I would not go back for a family vacation.

The water slides and rock climbing wall.

The water slides are only open 10-6pm. The rock climbing closes at 3pm on the weekend and is only by appointment during the week.

Sam behind the front desk was excellent, secured us an excellent room and let us check in early.

we love the convenience of the property and lovely pools.

it was very busy as labour day week end - as from the UK we didn’t realise this. We didn’t appreciate paying 24 dollars for overnight parking when our room was in excess of 600 dollars! We also couldn’t believe that at that price it didn’t include breakfast!

Fun amenities but the room itself was average at best. Very disappointed.

The amenities were great

The room was terrible for the money we paid. The toilet was broken, the door to the balcony did not lock and the ceiling fan was burning up. Ridiculous for the money we spent.

Overall our stay at the resort was a positive one. The food and hotel amenities were great. The remodeled rooms were also beautiful. If you go with your family you can choose to relax or enjoy the kids pool area. In the evenings there are many spaces to engage in conversation and enjoy a drink.

Having to commute to the beach. The volume of people in the family pool, waterfall pool, and lazy river on Saturday. It seemed a lot of folks came for the day and later left.
