The rooms were very nice and maintained
The continental breakfast was not good same thing everyday and had to wait for food because they ran out of food

Value, location, breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Room nice, spacious and clean.
Pool closed at 8:00. A/C was very noisy. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Pool also had too much chlorine. Smell burned my nose and throat. Very cloudy.

Location is excellent! Close to highway and Kentucky Down Under., The beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options for hot and cold items. Very cool coffee machine and pancake maker!
Not a deal breaker by any means, but the bathrooms were definitely old and a bit worn down, and the pool's water was quite murky.

The room was a good size for my husband and 2 grandsons. Air conditioning worked well and beds were comfy.
We did NOT enjoy the swimming pool!! You couldn't hardly see the bottom because of it being so cloudy.. there were things floating in the water. You could tell the filters needed changing and cleaned because the jets were barely blowing water. We have a pool so we know this. There should be an attendant in the pool area because me, my husband and 2 toddler grandsons were confined to a corner of the pool because of a obnoxious family playing with several balls throwing them around barely hitting us several times. The rules CLEARLY stated NO JUMPING IN OR DIVING and they were letting their kids do so and our grandsons couldn't understand why they weren't allowed and they were????? Rules also stated no food or drink allowed in the pool area and they were enjoying a pizza party in there. People like that ruin a vacation as we PAID EXTRA for this room so our 'grandson trip' would include the pool. We were in there approximately 10 minutes and had to get out. IF IT WAS BEING MONITORED, these people couldn't have been such a nuisance. As I mentioned prior the pool looked so filthy I felt like we needed a tetanus shot after!!
The breakfast was ok. Not as good as other places we have stayed.
All the staff were friendly.
We are probably coming back to the area soon as our grandsons enjoyed Kentucky Down Under Zoo but will be steering clear of this hotel.
