Very basic, but clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Quiet. Nice view of the river.

Had the end room with a view of the river, and it was a humongous room! Tons of space; bathroom was a little on the small side, but definitely served its purpose. Super convenient to the dinosaur tracks spot, which is what got us to Holyoke in the first place.
Property was under renovations, so a little disjointed, but it did not affect our room at all.

Beds were comfortable, and room was clean but not well-lighted.
Only option was AC or nothing; no heat. The bathroom was tiny with no place to put anything.

It was close to where we were going. Check in was good. Lady was very nice. Bed was comfortable.
They need to clean air conditioner filters. We checked ours as we always do. It was pretty bad very dirty. Cple long black hairs in bathroom. I have short blonde hair. They need to change their pillows. One smelled . Need new ones. But all in all it was a ok stay. I would stay again and bring my own pillow and blankets.
