Great location, good value

I liked the location! It was close to the outlets and centrally alot of places. Very quiet and cozy.

The pillows would be the only thing for me honestly. Really no complaints. Will stay again if in town.

Last time Staying Here!

The check in was efficient. Customer Service tried to help.

I had a problem with Roaches in the room. I spoke with Daun about the condition of the room. She told me I would get a refund and to this day, I have checked over and over and heard nothing and got no updates :(. That was over a month ago.

Superb

Very easy check in and they were able to accommodate us before check in time. We were giving connecting rooms as requested and when we found one of the rooms were not ready they immediately gave us a different one. Friendly staff and good location.

We stayed for about 10 minutes and left. Would definitely recommend NOT staying here for anyone

Absolutely nothing, the place reeked of cigarettes and weed. There was an unexpected $100 deposit we had to pay when we arrived, when we got to our room, (mom-smoking) it reeked of cigarettes, there were bed bugs on our bed, food crumbs and stains all over the bed and room. There were dead flys in the room and it was just a terrible experience. We did not stay at the hotel.

No good quality at all. CATFISH

Only thing I liked was the tissue holder built in the wall. Literally the ONLY thing that was good quality.

The shower was rusted and molded it was so small that when you run the water it steams up so quickly couldn’t take a long shower because of it. & Everyone left sneezing probably because of the shower was so nasty. There was no microwave in the room. Seen roaches , the price was overly expensive for the quality of the room. it says hotel but TRUST it’s a MOTEL. There was no room phone for safety. There was no latch lock on our door for safety.

Embarrassing

I had to check 3 rooms before I found one that housekeeping had cleaned. Wow . Then the 3rd room had a sheet on top . I never seen that before lol . Wow at 9pm it was terrible and the front desk was like OK try this room . No late check out or nothing to appease my dissatisfaction. Then the third room was upstairs and in the middle no elevator lol . I did housekeeping and front desk and you have to say supposed that was me checking in what would I want the front desk to do for me lol wow it was embarrassing for me to go through that in front of my friend who just did 16hours at work 😅 wow

Bathroom sink backed up one light bulb in entire room general appearance was dirty. Strong smell of urine outside. Management needs to consider power washing outside entrances and walkways.

the beds were good and we had a fridge in the room for food, staff was nice, bathroom was the only complaint really.

close to lots of shops, restaurants, and gas stations, and not too far from the beach.

I liked that you could smoke in them because it was cold and that was connected to a restaurant.

I didn't like anything about the room itself because it looked bad. The room smelt bad and it was not very clean. The shower was dirty and so was the toilet. I had to clean the toilet myself which was not good at all.

Nothing!! I wonder why and how is this facility still running? Are there any controls and what are the hotel norms that this facility is respected?! TOTAL murder house vibes over there. This is by far my worst stay ever, over all continents. One should be really careful when staying there, totally unsafe. I wouldn't recommend.
