Staff was friendly.

How close it was to SeaWorld

The room smelt kinda funny, and the filter on the ac was dirty. There was dust all on the cover of it.

The Staff was very nice!

The furniture in the room was outdated, the parking lot was full of men working on their vehicle's, the restroom in the room needs some updating, and the sheets as well. The pool was very cloudy, and dirty.

Don’t stay here!

The location and breakfast was great

I didn’t like the fact that someone enter my room after I’ve put the do not disturb sign on the door in my things were went through.

overall an excellent place to stay, especially with kids.

I traveled with a friend and her kiddos, the pool and hot tub were great to entertain when we got back from daily activities. breakfast was filling & good, saved us money. parking lot was very lit up, made us feel safe. we had an issue when we first got there but the staff was amazing, kind and remedied the situation right away.

this is a great place to stay. continental breakfast was great and coffee available 24 hrs.

I loved how close it was to Lackland AFB and to the airport.

everything was perfect during my three night stay. Absolutely nothing negative to say.

A bad stay in a filthy room.

the pool and hot tub area was ok

It was really bad. The room was humid smelled like sour old socks. Paint chipping from the walls. The carpet was stained throughout the hotel and in the room . Housekeeping was not properly done, we found hair on the pillows and the bathroom was really dirty. Our tv remote wasn't working, we gave up after the third one the receptionist gave us. There was a huge hole inside the closet, pretty unsure where that leads... We made a complain with the receptionist but there was little he could have done, saying the hotel was fully booked. He offered $20 discount on the room rate but it doesn't compensate our poor experience.

Front desk Staff and size of rooms

TV remotes didn't work got replacements still didn't work and halls had no air so stuffy and had a smell. Kitchen staff was rude to my daughter 4 putting syrup in a bowl instead of her waffle when she wanted it to dip sausage in it.

Ok. Fair not really good.

Floor smelled like water damage. 2nd floor. And our room the ac had a leak and all the catpet was wet. The bed had a piece of bed frame sticking out and i scratched my foot. The service was fair. Chris was kind of out there and the morning ladies were not too interested in what i had to say
