I liked that the check in process was fast and easy. It was in a good location. Had stores nearby which is always a plus, and not far from Sea World.
The elevator area and elevators were hot and stuffy. That's basically the only thing that I can remember that stood out the most.

The indoor pool, the gym area.. rooms were ok.. the lady working in the morning was so sweet she even prayed for us before we got on the road..
Some floors were coming up and we had a little tripping here and there exiting the pool area/gym..

Property was nice and convenient for evening dinners.
Room was clean but lacked proper cleaning. Hairs in tub and crumbs and garbage behind bed

Power worked, bed was comfy, no issues with room key cards
No central AC in building, only window units. No vents / good fans in bathroom. Bfast was cold (sausage / eggs). Found food crumbs under furniture. Towels were old & crunchy. Only 1 of 2 elevators worked.
