Comfortable beds
The bathroom door rubbed on the floor and then the shower had issues so we were moved to another room. However, had to wait 10 minutes for another room. Then, my husband and I could not turn on the bathtub faucet. We had to walk down to the front desk since there wasn’t a phone in the room. The young lady was rude and again, we had to wait on her to come and assist us. She seemed to know how to turn the faucet handle easily and turn on the water. When we attempted ourselves. it turned on this time. Not sure what was different but it worked afterwards. However, she made a smug remark as she exited. Will never return or recommend!!!

Some staff were very patient and helpful
Some of the staff seemed to not care about guests.
Was under construction and was not told
Construction teams were loud
Hallway trash was always full
