, got some good old fashion Sunday rest .Denise was very thoughtful and communicated very well. Very welcoming . She allowed me to check in early. .

Arrived late in the evening and staff was very helpful and generous in their time.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times, but this is the first time I was placed in an old section of the hotel, and it was uncapped and not as clean as the newer sections I was definitely not impressed

That Destiny was willing to make sure that I could do a cash deposit for the room she did everything she could for us as well as Becky she was just as awesome helping her to get that done for us.Not to mention that Eric was great as well he was always there to help.
These are the kind of people that make a hotel stay better when your trip was longer then you expected because they actually show they do care about people and their jobs..They all deserve a raise and recognition for all they do when things are hectic....The lady that prepares breakfast didn't get her name but her as well was very attentive to everyone's needs....We will be back ......

The check in was extremely slow. The TV isn't working, they said because of the storm. The room is extremely dated and showing signs of wear and tear. There is wallpaper missing. The walls are dirty. They keep the coffee maker in the bathroom, which is utterly disgusting. This is not what I had in mind when it comes to Hampton Inn.

Slide key to exterior door near car didn’t work for me. Attentive front desk girl came to my rescue.

the rooms were clean, but older.
Lindsey at the front desk was very helpful and kind despite all of the chaos.
they were having major problems with keys working to get in rooms and other areas (pool, outside entrances). took multiple trips to the front desk to get in our room. Others were having the same problem. very chaotic.

Good breakfast. Standard Hampton fare. Nothing special but good. Woman at check in was amazing considering that she was alone with no backup and lots of people checking in with key issues.
Key lock system was so buggy that we went through ten keys and two rooms before we were able to get into a room. Many others were also having similar issues. Frustrating but we were told the system was going to be replaced soon. Afterward I discovered that the best bet was the digital key on the app. That worked fine.

The staff was very accommodating when I needed to extend my stay another night. They helped me work through the details since I had booked my first night through a 3rd party.

The key card wouldn't work on the outside doors, and it usually took several swipes before it would open the door to my room.

The room was nice and breakfast. The pool wasn’t heated as listed and manager didn’t address this. The only reason we booked at this hotel because it had a indoor heated pool which is a lie
