Easy on and off I-20 in Augusta. Surrounded by restaurants. Bobby was helpful, personable, and welcoming. Lobby has plenty of work space if needed. Rooms are are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ok. I’ve stayed before and it's always the same comfortable experience.

They tried to charge me a deposit upon arrival. I had to beg for clean towels staff was good for the most part. Very professional but not hospitable.
Not being able to get towels and them not being friendly band welcoming. Some were but most wasn't one guy was really nice.

Clean and close to expressway
Noisy in rooms near check-in area. People congregate around dining area all times of night

Floors were dirty and elevator was horrible when told about it they tried to blame it on someone smoking
