Location, friendly staff, rooms that allow smoking. Free gym usage next door is neat.
The breakfast quality- eggs were lukewarm, as was the gravy, and the biscuits were a bit dry and hard.

Very nice place
No coffee or tea and n room. Just don’t like getting dressed to go get it down .

The room looked like it had been recently remodeled but the floor was bouncy where the flooring wasn’t laid correctly, the bathroom was okay but you could definitely tell it had not been cleaned well around the base of the toilet and hairs around the sink. The listing mentions a coffee maker in the room there is not one there’s cups but no coffee maker.
