Had king suite and regular room. Beds were very comfortable. Needed portacrib for grandson- brought right to room. Small pool but not utilized by many guests. Grandkids enjoyed

Parking lot shared with restaurant. Even being shared didn't have trouble with parking

Room was clean.

The general manager did more damage than good. I return to Los Gatos frequently and now won’t stay here again. The GM would not attached my loyalty points to my account bc I booked using bookings.com. Not pleased. The vanity mirror was broken and the remotes to tv needed batteries.
