The hotel itself is a spectacle to be seen with all the art and the decorations. just going around and looking at the art is an activity in itself. the rooms are spacious, and the staff are responsive. clean. close to everything in dearborn and detroit.

- Tiffany at the reception is not friendly. She talks to us as if she is doing us a favor. - While the jacuzzi water was warm, the pool water was cold and we could not swim. - I tried to book an extra night and asked for price matching with my previous nights but the rate was almost double.

I expected more for the price, the place is very old, pool was disgusting. This shouldn’t be more than $150-$200 max including fees a night. Ive stayed at nicer for that price.

Free parking, Marty at the front door. Always a huge smile and a warm welcome. Pay that guy more (LOL). Tria restaurant was very good with imaginative dinner selections and outstanding adult beverages. Front desk seemed a bit understaffed, but if there was stress, personnel didn't show it. Loved the Park West art all over the walls (and I'm not a connoisseur in the least). Room was well-appointed, very comfy bed, although I do suggest a pillow menu. Very nice experience after a long day of traipsing around the HF complex

A luggage cart would have been nice, as would a concierge. Hot tub in the pool room was tepid; we chose not to use it. Breakfast buffet pricing was not clear. We didn't know what was included, if anything. Still, we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast with bottomless coffee. Overall though, great stay! Thank you.
