Good location.

I stayed in the fourth floor. Carpet was full of stains and it also smells like it hasn’t have a good deep cleaning in a while. It also smells in the room.

Room was clean. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

On booking.com I requested a room, in May, that overlooked the park so my 81 y/o mother could watch the 250th fireworks. This was acknowledged by Booking.com but not relayed to the property. Our room was on the opposite side with no view of the fireworks and no rooms available to upgrade. We stayed there for that reason and was not able to view the celebration. This was Booking.coms fault, not the property's.
