The room was updated and clean.
The outside of the facility was not appealing and could use a coat of paint.

We were in town visiting friends, and this was the best priced decently reviewed hotel in the area. It’s an older building, but had been renovated at some point. It’s convenient to a Dunkin, some restaurants and shopping, and a busy intersection. The staff is nice; breakfast (bagels, cereal, yogurt, and fruit) is included; and the room had a mini fridge and safe. There was a desk with lamp, and the placement of electrical outlets for phone charging were convenient. We had plenty of towels and toiletries (minus hair conditioner, which I would not expect from this level of hotel), and the beds were comfortable. There was also plenty of parking and we didn’t hear neighbors.
The shower water pressure in our 2nd floor room was pretty low, but had good, consistent temperature. It just took a while to wash hair. There were little hairs left around the tub (which otherwise looked clean), so maybe from a reused cleaning rag? The tv signal was standard def on an high def tv, so not super sharp. There was also a musty smell when we first walked in, but either it went away or we got used to it.
