The staff were friendly. The overall stay was okay.
I didn't like the location. We woke up to crowds of homeless people nearby, within 20 feet of the rooms.

The staff was very inviting and friendly, they saw to all of our needs and requests
Just some minor upgrades would of been more helpful, the refrigerator was great but it would of been nice for the door to open from the right to the left. There wasn't instructions on how to use the air conditioner, though we did figure it out, very nice, uses a remote. Also a list of TV stations would of been helpful, we were from out of the area and are not familiar with DISH locale stations. Also it would of been cool to see Tucson's favorite restaurants or local sites to see.

It's was clean and stuff but I feel like the shower could have been more up to date a better shower head would have been great and a better place to sit and watch t.v would have been perfect.
No place to sit and watch t.v. instead had to sit on bed which hurt my back. Shower needed upgrade.
