Comfortable, clean. First floor as requested. Super nice front desk staff night of check in. Waffle breakfast. Actually had 4 towels where most have 3 and we specify before we are a family of 4.
The OJ machine was broken. Food could not go back to the room and one staff was very short about it. Another family found it very difficult with a solo mom and 3 kids (preschooler, infant included) because it was so hot and they didnt have water.
For us we had 2 (mildly symptomatic) covid positive family members and were trying to isolate. So I couldnt get them breakfast.
