Horrible. Left did not stay

Nothing.

Room had water damage. Bathroom tub dirty. Room outdated. Sheets dirty.(had to ask for clean sheets. Sheets old and thin) I left could not spend the night. Want my $$back if possible.

Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Cigarette burns everywhere, on the chairs, bath tub, comforters. Stains on the sheets and comforters. Towels were stained and soiled. Tub was dirty. Room appeared to not have been cleaned at all, beds just re-made before we got there. Never again. Police were there when we pulled in.

This place should be condemned.

Nothing. Not a damn thing.

Roaches. Bed bugs. Flies. Drug deals happening in the parking lot. Loud music all night long. Dirty linens, dirty towels. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned in years. Lock on door fell off, and when the maintenance guy came to fix it, he only put two of the four screws in and it wouldnt line up to lock. Prostitution occurring outside our door. It had a strong odor of mold and mildew. The floors were laminate and were peeling up and sticky. The office spoke little to no English. I was solicited to buy illegally acquired goods... ice machine was broke in the laundry/deli room. Sirens, crying children, and yelling adults non-stop.

Nasty not clean roach infestation

Nothing

Get rid of the roaches, clean rooms properly, clean the outside the rooms. If none of these issues can be addressed lower price to around $20 a night!

Don't stay here

The guy at the front desk was nice

Extremely dirty and gross. The bathroom was filthy and the whole room was falling apart and dirty. And right as we were leaving I smashed a giant cockroach on the wall. It definitely was not worth anywhere close to $70.

Nasty. Roaches everywhere even in microwave.

Price. Nothing else.

Dirty. Baby roaches in the microwave. I don't know how they survived me using the microwave. Big roaches running all around tables and on the floor heading towards my shoes. I had to run around killing roaches, hoping I'm not taking any home with me in my belongings.

no Wi-Fi

there was no Wi-Fi connection on 10/31/22 through the morning of 11/01/22. I wish I was made aware of this at my check in time, I would have canceled and booked a room elsewhere.

It was horrible

I was very uncomfortable

The blankets had cigarette holes .. garbage was all over the place .. my family and I seen a roach on the wall packed are stuff carefully and left ., I will not stay at a motel in Joliet again!

Good location! It was cheap and did it’s purpose.
