We liked the breakfast, although we would rather see just scrambled eggs instead of omelettes...bacon instead of sausage. Loved the berry waffles but need more waffle makers as they were busy all of the time. Loved the size of the room. We were able to sleep in the king bed and have a rollaway in the room for our niece with room to still sit on the couch. Loved the kitchenette.
The couch in the room was too high and too hard. Was not comfortable at all. The toilet was too LOW!! I needed a handicap bar to get off the toilet, but had to use the door handle instead. I had a hip replacement and this was very difficult. I wanted an accessible room but they were not available. Two tvs would be nice, or change the tv mount so it can be turned completely one way or the other, not just on an angle.

Breakfast was excellent, room was clean, staff was friendly, parking was ample - overall a good stay.
Bed was a little firm for my liking. Would have liked a couple more pillows.

The staff was very nice. Lilly, Vinny and Jessica all listened to our concerns with the broken hot water tank and did what they could to help at the moment.
We booked 3 nights, but left early due to there being no hot water.
