We were a group of 8 (4 children) that stayed in a 2-story town house.
The property is quiet and has its own beach and pool (clean towels available for all guests).
The adjacent road has basically no traffic, which makes it safe for families with children.
Various activities are planned daily, but there is plenty to do and explore in any case.
The property also features a mini golf field where you can play for free.
They also offer you bikes (various sizes) and canoes at no cost.
A very calm and relaxing place for your stay in Cape Cod, within 5-15 minutes ride from various shops and supermarkets.
The rain! But I'm not sure they could do much about it :)

Good location, convenient to local restaurants and attractions.
I didn’t like the $25 per day parking fee, and was not satisfied with their reasoning for having it. I also didn’t like the musty odor in our room. I believe the odor was from damp and dirty carpeting which caused my asthma to flare up which rarely happens in the summer. There was also very poor drainage in the bathtub when using the shower. Coffee pods were not available after the first night’s stay when requested from the staff.
