Overall stay was good. The staff, specially the cleaning services, bar/restaurant and front desk staff were amazing.
We were wrongly charged a smoking fee and when I tried to discuss it with the front desk, they informed me there is nothing they can do but only one person, Amal Wright could review and overturn the false charges. Even went as far as to tell me that they recently changed the smoke detectors and have had complaints of people being wrongly charged. I believe the exact words used were “you’re definitely not the first to complain about this error”.
I tried to contact Amal for a week with no success. Multiple unanswered emails and anytime I call the staff say she’s “unavailable” and to email her.
This part of our stay happened at the end unfortunately and almost ruined what to that point was a really nice family reunion vacation.
