Room was very spacious, comfortable & large bed, the staff were friendly, we really enjoyed staying there!

The room was a generous size (king with sofa) with a comfortable bed. Bathroom amenities and layout were also a plus. Staff were responsive, helpful, and upbeat; appreciated this after a challenging time on the road.
The only thing I would like to see changed is the smoke detector placement. It was located directly over the bed with the battery light shining when waking up in the night, although didn't keep me up. I haven't experienced this with a smoke detector in any other hotel before.

Staff was exceptional, always addressing us whether entering or leaving. Breakfast variety each morning was great. Laundry room was clean. accessible pet area for my service dog was a plus.

My room key card did not work and I had rented a two bedroom suite.I was not able to move to another room with thr two beds.I was not offer a discount by the receptionists.I had to go down to the front desk 3 times explaing my key did not work.I was accused of putting the card against my phone that caused it to be demagnitiesed.I stayed in the room and had to place a towel to not have the door shut if I needed to go to my car the store or even breakfast.But I was.not offered by the receptionist who checked me in and was aware of the problem any points or even a discount.instead accused of demagnitiesing.the card.
